Multiskilled electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job DescriptionMy client is a large Facilities and Maintenance company operating across various sectors in the commercial industry. They are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established team on a static site near Oxford. This role is Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00.Benefits

Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on siteEnsure all work is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practicesEnsure the responsible sites are fully compliant and follow industry standardsMonitor daily all main plant and equipment within the buildingsEstablish and maintain good working relationships with employees and clientsMaintain a professional image and promote servicesSupervise subcontractors to ensure contractual commitments and site processes are followedManage the site logbook system and keep all paperwork up to dateOversee management of on-site CAFM and Concept systems, ensuring all PPM and reactive tasks meet SLA deadlinesResolve client issues effectively, minimizing disruption and maintaining good relationshipsBe available for out-of-hours emergency response on a call-out rotaApplicants

Must be fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with AM2 if required18th Edition wiring regulations2391 Test and Inspection (highly desirable)Experience working within occupied officesValid driving licenseAbility to obtain a DBS checkWe value and promote equality at Randstad CPE.
