Multimodal Freight Forwarder - High WycombeWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Multimodal Freight Forwarder based in High Wycombe.You will be responsible for handling all aspects of international multimodal freight forwarding operations, covering both import and export shipments by sea and road. The role involves liaising with customers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure shipments are managed efficiently and delivered within agreed timeframes, while maintaining high levels of customer service.Monday to Friday - Full time office basedSalary: £28,000 - £32,500 per annumKey ResponsibilitiesPreparing and providing freight quotationsProcessing import and export bookingsHandling international freight documentationManaging customer enquiries and providing shipment updatesLiaising with suppliers, carriers and subcontractorsMaintaining accurate records on CRM and booking systemsSupporting the sales team with lead generationAssisting with marketing activities when requiredAnswering telephone and email enquiries in a professional mannerSkills and AttributesPositive, professional and proactive attitudeReliable and self-motivatedExcellent attention to detailStrong organisational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to work well under pressureStrong communication and customer service skillsInterested in this role?
