Multilingual 1st Line Service Desk Analyst - Bradford - Hybrid - 3 days onsite £26,000-£30,000 + benefits We''re hiring a Multilingual 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support to users across Europe, the Middle East and Africa by phone, email and self-service portal. The role Resolve first-line hardware, software and access issues Log, manage and escalate support tickets Support Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Wi-Fi, VPN and network connectivity What you''ll need 1-2 years'' Service Desk or IT Support experience Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Fluent written and spoken English, plus one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Italian, Turkish or Dutch The Service Desk operates shifts between 7:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, including bank holidays.
