Multidrop Class 2 HGV Driver

Driver Hire Uxbridge are currently recruiting for Class 2 Multi-drop Drivers for our customer, a high-end drinks supplier based in Southall.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE REQUIRES THE HANDLING OF ALCOHOL

£17.51 to £20.5 per hour (PAYE)

Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (flexibility required) Temporary Shifts

Class 2 Driver Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence with CAT C entitlement, no more than 6 points held
• Valid CPC and TACHO qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience commercially as a Class 2 driver is preferred
• Commercial Cat C driving experience in the UK (references required)
• Constant heaving lifting for all deliveries! This role requires you to carry heavy items for a distant and up/down stairs.
• Being motivated and hard-working are key to this role

Class 2 Driver Role:

• Multi-drop deliveries of high-end products to customers (wines, spirits and beers to 5 Star Hotels and bars etc.)
• Collecting products from suppliers
• Preparing customer orders prior to dispatch
• Loading orders onto vehicles
• As a Class 2 Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism

Pay for Class 2 Driver:

• £17.51 to £20.50 per hour
• Annualized hours contract based on 175 hour/month
• Overtime, if applicable, paid on-top
• 22 days paid holiday + public/bank holidays
