Multi-Tradesman needed in London

Multi Trader - London
Location: London (Various Sites)
Salary: -2224 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of general building maintenance and repair tasks
• Perform works including (but not limited to): carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, plastering, tiling, and basic electrical tasks
• Diagnose and fix issues on-site efficiently and professionally
• Work independently or as part of a team across multiple sites
• Ensure all work is completed to health & safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role
• NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications (preferred but not essential)
• Strong knowledge across multiple trades
• Own tools and transport (preferred)
• CSCS card
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
