We’re a family-founded and led business with a strong reputation for doing things the right way. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Multi-Trades Professional with solid tiling expertise—someone confident in tiling walls, floors, and complete spaces.
The ideal candidate takes genuine pride in their workmanship and shares our commitment to delivering exceptional quality and outstanding customer service.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out a wide range of multi-trade works across reinstatement and restoration projects, consistently delivering work to a high standard.
• Installing wall and floor tiling to a high commercial standard across reinstatement and restoration projects.
• Preparing surfaces, including leveling, waterproofing, and ensuring substrates are suitable for tiling.
• Cutting and fitting a variety of tiles including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone.
• Ensuring finished work meets high standards of accuracy, alignment, and durability.
• Working professionally in customers’ homes and properties, maintaining a clean and respectful working environment.
• Travelling to client sites within a 70-mile radius of our Redditch office.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years’ experience as a professional tiler.
• A skilled Bathroom Fitter Multi-Trades Professional with a proven ability to complete all works to a commercial-quality finish.
• Strong attention to detail with pride in your workmanship.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A customer-focused attitude with clear communication and a willingness to go the extra mile.
