Multi-Trader - Reactive MaintenanceLocation: Midlands and LincolnshireSalary: Competitive, depending on experienceJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSector: Reactive Maintenance / Facilities Management / Government ContractsWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trader to join a busy maintenance team delivering reactive maintenance and repair works across the Midlands and into the Lincolnshire area.This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who is confident working independently and enjoys a varied role responding to call-outs on a long-term government contract.The RoleYou will be responsible for attending reactive maintenance call-outs at various properties, diagnosing issues and carrying out repairs to a high standard.The role will involve travelling across the Midlands and towards Lincoln, so candidates must be comfortable with regional travel.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend reactive maintenance call-outs across the regionDiagnose faults and identify appropriate repair solutionsCarry out general multi-trade maintenance and repairsComplete carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and other general building works where requiredRespond to urgent maintenance issues and work to agreed response timesComplete jobs efficiently and to a high standardLiaise professionally with clients, occupants and site representativesComplete job sheets and relevant paperworkMaintain a safe and tidy working environmentEnsure all works comply with Health and Safety requirementsCarry ..... full job details .....
