Day Rate (CIS Weekly Pay)We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade / Tenant Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a 15-week MOD windows upgrade project in St Athan.This is a 50/50 split role combining hands-on multi-trade work with resident liaison across occupied properties.The Role:Carry out general multi-trade / handyman dutiesRemoval and refitting of internal blindsBrickwork and pointing repairsInstalling water buttsLiaising with residents before and during worksActing as a site presence and point of contact for tenantsRequirements:Strong Multi Trade experienceConfident with resident / tenant liaison (RLO)Good communication skillsReliable and professional on siteWhat s on offer:15-week contractWeekly paid day rate (CIS/Umbrella)Immediate start available?
