A large national Property maintenance company, is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to be based at a large mobile site in and around the area of Coalville. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working.

We are looking to recruit a Multi Trader operative to join our team. Working across Coalville.

Job description:
Multi Traders to join our responsive maintenance team supporting social housing properties in the Coalville area.
Multi Trade Plaster, Carpenter, Plumber, NVQ level 2 trade qualification driving license social housing would be ideal Multi trade experience - groundworks, plumbing, plastering, general maintenance etc
You''ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across occupied and void properties. The work will be varied and may include: Groundworks Tiling Plastering Plumbing Painting & Decorating Carpentry Joinery You''ll be expected to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes

Required Skills:
Requirements NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a recognized trade Full UK Driving License Proven experience in one or more of the listed trades Strong customer service skills and a professional approach Ability to work safely and comply with health & safety regulations Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.

You must have your own tools and hold a valid full UK driving license held for a minimum of 12 months.
