Multi Trader - Social Housing

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with strong wet trade skills to join our property maintenance team in Chelmsford.

This is a varied role involving responsive repairs, planned maintenance and property refurbishments across residential homes. You'll take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

• Carry out bricklaying, plastering and tiling repairs.
• Complete kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works.
• Prepare void properties ready for new occupants.
• Undertake general property maintenance and repair tasks.
• Work efficiently, safely and to a consistently high standard.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused service in occupied properties.

• Proven experience in bricklaying, plastering and tiling.
• Confident working independently and managing your own workload.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
