Multi Trader / Skilled Labourer

CJS Recruitment-are seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Multi Trader / Labourer-to join a large and expanding construction and maintenance company. the ideal candidate will have strong pratical skills and proven experience across a range of different trades, particulary in hanging doors, replacing ceiling tiles and groundworks in concrete pouring.-

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accurately hang and fit internal and external doors-

- Replace and install suspended tile cielings to high standard

- Perform groundwork duties including concrete mixing, pouring and finishing-

- Carry out general labouring tasks as required to support the site team-

- Read and interpret construction drawings or plans-

- Ensure all work is carrier out safely and complies with Health and Safety regulations-

- Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines-

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in similar multi-skilled role

- Strong knowledge of door hanging techniques and materials-

- Experience with concrete groundwork, including laying slabs, paths and bases-

- Ability to use hand and power tools safely snd effectively-

- Good communication skills and strong work ethic-

- Full UK driving licence-

- CSCS card in date-

- Own tools preffered ( specalist tools may be provided )
