This is a customer-facing role where you'll be expected to complete a variety of repairs to a high standard while providing excellent service to tenants. The ideal candidate will be skilled across multiple trades and capable of working independently to meet daily appointments and performance targets. Key Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties. Complete a wide range of tasks including: Carpentry (doors, locks, skirting, kitchens) Plumbing (taps, toilets, pipework, basic repairs) Patch plastering and making good Tiling repairs Painting and decorating Basic flooring repairs Diagnose faults and identify the most effective repair solutions.
