Multi Trader Social Housing Location: Kensington and Chelsea, London Pay: £23.94 per hour PAYE Vehicle: Company van provided Fuel: Fuel card provided Sector: Social Housing Job Type: Full-time We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join our social housing maintenance team working across Kensington and Chelsea. The successful candidate will be a skilled all-round maintenance professional with a main trade in either Plumbing or Carpentry, along with good general maintenance skills. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within required timescales. Typical duties will include: Carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in social housing properties Completing works associated with your main trade of Plumbing or Carpentry Undertaking general multi-trade repairs where required Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently Working in occupied properties and providing a professional service to residents Completing jobs safely and in line with relevant health and safety requirements Maintaining accurate job records and reporting any additional works required About You We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi Trader who has: A qualification in Plumbing or Carpentry Proven experience working in social housing, housing maintenance, or property repairs Good general multi-trade ..... full job details .....
