Multi Trader Social Housing Multi Trader Social Housing Location: Islington, North London Pay: £22.14 per hour PAYE Vehicle: Company van + fuel card provided Employment: Full-time, long-term opportunity We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join a social housing maintenance team working across Islington and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have a strong main trade in either Plumbing or Carpentry, alongside good all-round maintenance skills. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and general maintenance works within occupied and void social housing properties. Typical duties will include: Carrying out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties Completing works to a high standard and within agreed timescales Undertaking your main trade of Plumbing or Carpentry Carrying out a range of additional multi-trade repairs Diagnosing faults and identifying appropriate repair solutions Working safely and professionally in tenants'' homes Completing job sheets and reporting works accurately Providing excellent customer service to residents Requirements Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Maintenance Operative Main trade must be Plumbing or Carpentry Experience working within social housing or property maintenance is highly desirable Good knowledge of general building maintenance and repairs Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload ..... full job details .....
