Location: Clapham and surrounding areasResponsibilities

Carrying out reactive maintenance and repair works on social housing properties.Responding to tenant and property manager requests in a timely manner.Delivering high-quality workmanship on all jobs.Carrying out inspections and identifying repair needs.Collaborating with other maintenance operatives and external contractors.What we\''re looking for

Proven experience in domestic reactive maintenance (8 years preferred).A proactive, reliable, and high-standard approach to work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.NVQ/City and Guilds qualification (preferred).What\''s on offer
