This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for consistent work with a well-established contractor. Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties. Complete a variety of trades including carpentry or plumbing as well as minor plastering, painting and other maintenance. Diagnose faults and carry out high-quality repairs on the first visit where possible. Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Multi Trader, ideally within social housing or domestic maintenance.
