The Role As a Multi Trader, you'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of finishing and remedial works across new build housing developments, ensuring homes are delivered to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Completing customer care and snagging works on occupied and unoccupied properties. Carrying out basic carpentry, painting, mastic, patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs. Attending defects and warranty-related issues. Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Liaising professionally with homeowners, site teams and subcontractors.
