Multi-trader – Reactive Maintenance (Social Housing)
Hammersmith & Fulham
We are seeking an experienced and qualified multi-trader to join a Reactive Maintenance team, working across the area's social housing properties.

The Role

• Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties
• Repair and maintain occupied properties
• Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing
• Qualifications NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• Ability to work independently in a reactive environment
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving license

What We Offer

• £725 take home a week after tax
• £22 an hour paid via CIS
• 42.5-hour working week
