• Perform various trade tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Assist with on-site installation, maintenance, and repair activities across multiple locations within the client's network.
• Collaborate closely with team members to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality services on each project.
• Main works will be doing, plumbing, tiling, carpentry, painting and plastering. 

• Proven experience in multi-trade roles within a construction or maintenance environment.
• CSCS card essential, Full PPE and own tools 
• Must have ICI (London Underground) - Can help you to do the course.  
• Happy to do a DBS.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations in a construction or maintenance setting.
