Multi Trader High-End Properties Location: Central London Mayfair and surrounding areas Day Rate: £250 £300 per day Vehicle: Company Van Provided The Role We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to work across high-end residential and commercial properties in Central London, including Mayfair and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled tradesperson with a plumbing bias and extensive experience working to a high standard in prestigious properties. Responsibilities General multi-trade maintenance and repairs Plumbing repairs and installations Tiling Plastering and making good Basic carpentry and general building works Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance Working to a high-quality finish within luxury properties Maintaining excellent health and safety standards Requirements 10+ years'' experience as a Multi Trader Strong plumbing background Good knowledge of tiling, plastering and general building works CSCS Card preferred NVQ qualifications preferred Experience working within high-end/luxury properties would be highly advantageous Professional appearance and excellent communication skills High attention to detail and quality of workmanship Package £250 £300 per day, depending on experience Company van provided Work across prime Central London locations Long-term opportunity High-end properties and quality working environments ..... full job details .....
