Location: Chelmsford | Salary: £24/hour | Type: Temporary | Right Contract is looking for Multitraders with own tools and van to work around Chelmsford and Colchester,Essex . Dealing with social housing Multi trade needed with own tools and van working b etween postcode CM - CL Essex, Colchester way Mon-Fri 8am -4pm -24 per hour - 8 hours paid Basic plumbing, taps, showers, refitting bath, tiling, carpentry, architraves and skirting and painting. All 2nd fix work To start ASAP 8-12 weeks minimum but probably ongoing Must have basic DBS 12 months in date but can apply upon getting the job Working on own so will have an APP to download schedules and will need to take photos before and after CVs and 10-minute phone interview Mileage paid @0.45p per day but must register it daily.
