Location: Croydon | Salary: £21.18/hour Van & Fuel Card | Type: Contract | Our client is seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trader to carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a broad skillset who enjoys varied work and delivering high standards. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of repairs including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and basic plastering and decorating Complete reactive maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard Work within occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents Diagnose issues and carry out effective first-time fixes Maintain accurate records of work completed Requirements: Proven experience across multiple trades Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Experience within social housing or property maintenance (desirable) Good communication and customer service skills Full UK driving licence RG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
