Multi Trader

Our client is seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trader to carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across residential properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a broad skillset who enjoys varied work and delivering high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of repairs including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and basic plastering and decorating
• Complete reactive maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard
• Work within occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents
• Diagnose issues and carry out effective first-time fixes
• Maintain accurate records of work completed

Requirements:

• Proven experience across multiple trades
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience within social housing or property maintenance (desirable)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
