Multi Trader 40,500 KentRegen Solution are currently looking for experienced Multi Traders to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector. The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied properties in the Croydon, Bromley, Penge area. This is a permanent position with a van and fuel card provided immediately. Main duties include; -Carpentry repairsMulti trade repairsPlumbing repairsLock fits/repairsPatch plasteringPainting and decoratingSplash back tilingSocial Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Multi Trader role.
