The Role As a Skilled Multi Trader, you''ll be responsible for attending a variety of property maintenance jobs across residential and commercial properties. The role requires a strong all-rounder who can work independently, problem-solve on-site, and deliver high-quality finishes across multiple trades. Key Responsibilities Carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance works, including but not limited to: Carpentry Plumbing (basic) Painting and decorating Plastering Tiling Fencing Extensions Renovations Ground Works Basic electrical repairs Respond to scheduled jobs and emergency call-outs as required Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety guidelines Communicate with the office team and provide updates on job status Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism on-site Complete jobs to a high standard and in a timely manner Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean ..... full job details .....
