Carpenter Multi - SouthamptonSalary: 35,265 - 38,234 per annum Location: Southampton Contract: Full Time, 40 hours per weekJoin a Busy Property Maintenance Team VoidsAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to join a well-established property maintenance team working across residential properties in the Southampton area.This is a varied role within an Empty Homes team, carrying out carpentry repairs, installations and general maintenance works to ensure properties are ready for new occupants. A company van and fuel card are provided, along with opportunities to increase earnings through overtime and call-out work.The RoleAs a Carpenter Multi Trader, your responsibilities will include:1st and 2nd fix carpentryInstalling internal and external doors, frames and windowsUPVC installation and servicingLocksmith duties including gaining entry, lock changes and repairsFencing repairs and installationsKitchen fitting and minor joinery worksBasic plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating and general property maintenanceWhat We''re Looking ForNVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or a minimum of 5 years'' proven carpentry experiencePrevious experience in residential repairs, maintenance or housing environmentsGood understanding of health and safety practicesStrong customer service and teamwork skillsFull UK driving licence with at least 12 months'' driving experienceWhat''s on Offer?Tool AllowanceUniform and PPE25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (with an extra day ..... full job details .....
