The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and responsive repairs across a portfolio of private residential properties throughout London. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of day-to-day trade works, including: Painting and decorating Flooring installation and repairs Carpentry tasks Basic electrical work Basic plumbing repairs Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure high-quality workmanship.
