A company van and fuel card are provided, along with opportunities to increase earnings through overtime and call-out work.The RoleAs a Carpenter Multi Trader, your responsibilities will include:1st and 2nd fix carpentryInstalling internal and external doors, frames and windowsUPVC installation and servicingLocksmith duties including gaining entry, lock changes and repairsFencing repairs and installationsKitchen fitting and minor joinery worksBasic plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating and general property maintenanceWhat We''re Looking ForNVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or a minimum of 5 years'' proven carpentry experiencePrevious experience in residential repairs, maintenance or housing environmentsGood understanding of health and safety practicesStrong customer service and teamwork skillsFull UK driving licence with at least 12 months'' driving experienceWhat''s on Offer?Tool AllowanceUniform and PPE25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (with an extra day ..... full job details .....
