Multi-Trader - Social Housing Maintenance Location: Bethnal Green, Mile End and Hackney (within a 10-mile radius) Salary: Hourly rate for 12 weeks ( 42,000 - 44,000 per annum upon permanent employment) Contract: Temp to Perm Start Date: Immediate We are recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Multi-Traders to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Bethnal Green, Mile End, Hackney and surrounding areas. The Role Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and repair works within occupied social housing properties. Undertaking a variety of multi-trade tasks to a high standard. Working across Bethnal Green, Mile End and Hackney, with all work located within a maximum 10-mile radius. Delivering excellent customer service while working in residents'' homes. Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Overtime available following successful completion of the 3-month probationary period What''s on Offer?
