PYRA CONSTRUCTION Multi Trader / Decorator Social Housing Location: North London Rate: £25 per hour CIS Hours: 8:00am 4:30pm Duration: Ongoing work until 2027, with the opportunity for a permanent position Start: ASAP PYRA Construction is recruiting an experienced Multi Trader / Decorator for ongoing work across residential social housing properties in North London. This role would suit a decorator with experience in plasterboard repairs and patching, who is looking for a long-term opportunity. Key Responsibilities Removing mould-affected plasterboard and preparing areas for repair. Carrying out plasterboard repairs and patching works. Preparing surfaces and completing painting and decorating. Maintaining a clean and tidy working area. Working professionally and respectfully within residents homes. Requirements Previous experience in decorating, plasterboard repairs and patching. Ability to work independently and complete work to a high standard. A reliable, professional approach and good communication skills. Full UK driving licence to use the company van. What s Provided £25 per hour, paid CIS. Company van and fuel card. Free parking.
