This role involves carrying out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works on both void and tenanted properties. Key Responsibilities: Complete a wide range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, plastering, and decorating Carry out void property refurbishments to a high standard Undertake planned maintenance works in occupied homes Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with regulations Deliver excellent customer service when working in tenants'' homes Requirements: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade Proven experience as a multi-trader within social housing or similar environments Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Asbestos Awareness certification Full UK driving licence (preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Working Hours: 8 hours per day (standard working shift) What We Offer: Competitive rates of pay Company van provided for work purp...
