Multi-Trader (Property Maintenance)DCL Online Ltd - London and SurreyFull-Time Permanent PAYEAbout the RoleDCL Online Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader to join our growing property maintenance team.This is a hands-on role carrying out reactive and planned maintenance works across residential properties in London and Surrey, primarily:South West London - Richmond, Wimbledon, Kingston, TeddingtonWest London - Ealing, Acton, Chiswick, Brentford, HammersmithThis is a PAYE position within a structured and organised maintenance company. We are not seeking subcontractors for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out general property maintenance and repairsCarpentry, basic plumbing, decorating, and installationsMinor roofing repairs (leaks, gutters, fascias, soffits)Window repairs, glazing adjustments, and uPVC works (advantageous)Diagnosing issues and completing works to a professional standardAttending 1-4 scheduled jobs per dayProviding clear updates, photographs, and job notes to the back officeMaintaining high standards of workmanship and customer serviceAll jobs are scheduled within normal working hours and planned efficiently.RequirementsMinimum 5 years'' experience as a Multi-Trader / HandymanStrong all-round domestic maintenance skillsOwn vehicle and tools (essential)Valid UK Driving LicenceComfortable using WhatsApp and email for communication and job updatesGood communication and professional appearanceRight to work in the UKExperience in roofing ..... full job details .....
