This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, company van, fuel card, and long-term career progression. Key Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties. Complete a variety of trade works to a high standard, including: Carpentry Plumbing Basic Plastering Tiling Painting and Decorating Patch repairs Diagnose faults and complete repairs on the first visit where possible. Deliver excellent customer service while working within occupied homes. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
