About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established contractor delivering responsive maintenance works across social housing properties throughout Manchester.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, company van, fuel card, and long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Complete a variety of trade works to a high standard, including:
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Basic Plastering
  • Tiling
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Patch repairs
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs on the first visit where possible.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working within occupied homes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
• Accurately complete job sheets using a handheld device.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader within social housing, repairs or property maintenance.
• Strong skills across multiple trades with a core trade qualification desirable.
• Experience working in occupied properties.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
