Area: North London

Pay: -45,000 (OTE -60,000)

Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative

My client is looking for Experienced Multi Traders for their flagship Repairs and Maintenacne contract in South East London. they are looking for workers with a can do attitude, who takes pride in their work and appearance and are willing to go the extra mile and will pay accordingly.

Duties will include:

• Carpentry (essential)
• Plumbing (essential)
• Plastering
• Tiling
• Painting and decorating

Requirements:

• Multi Trade experience
• Social housing experience
• UK Driving Licence
