The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and repair works within residential properties and must have a strong all-round skill set. Duties and Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance and repair works within residential properties. Complete carpentry, basic plumbing, plastering, tiling and general building repairs. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works. Diagnose faults and complete remedial works to a high standard. Work within occupied properties while maintaining a professional approach with residents. Complete jobs efficiently and ensure properties are left clean and safe. Follow all relevant Health and Safety procedures and site requirements. Accurately record completed works and materials used. Requirements Previous experience working as a Multi Trader, preferably within social housing or property maintenance. NVQ qualification in a relevant trade is required.
