A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Carpenters to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis paying 21.40 per hour CIS or Umbrella. This will be covering Brent postcodes. The successful Multi Trade Carpenter will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.Working hours Mon - Fri 8am - 17:00pm with a half hour breakPay rate: 21.40 per hour CISMulti Trade Carpenter Duties:Carry out carry out a range of repairs and maintenance within social housing properties including carpentry, basic plumbing painting and decorating and patch plastering in both voids and occupied properties.The Successful Multi Trade Carpenter will be required to:Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time framesHold a carpentry qualificationCarry out works allocated by appointmentsHave a valid UK Driving LicenceA basic DBS will be ..... full job details .....
