Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repairs within occupied and void social housing properties. The role involves travel between properties, with work allocated as close to your home location as possible. Pay Rate: -34,000 per annum - Permanent Duties Include Carrying out responsive repairs and void refurbishments within social housing properties. Completing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades. Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs within agreed timescales. Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Delivering excellent customer service when working in occupied homes. Using PDA/mobile devices to manage and complete work orders. Maintaining accurate records of completed works and materials used. Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
