The ideal candidate will have either carpentry or plumbing as their main trade, alongside a good range of additional multi-trade skills. This is a mobile role covering areas from Slough, Marlow and High Wycombe through to North and North West London, so candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day. Key Responsibilities Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. Completing carpentry or plumbing works as the main trade.
