This is a permanent position carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Watford, Luton, Bedford, Cambridge and Welwyn Garden City.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operative who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and enjoys working in a varied, customer-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out a range of reactive maintenance and repair works within occupied social housing properties.Complete multi-trade repairs including basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating where required.Diagnose faults and carry out first-time fixes whenever possible.Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Provide excellent customer service when working in tenants'' homes.Accurately complete job records using a PDA or mobile device.Maintain company van stock and ensure tools and equipment are kept in good condition.What We''re Looking ForPrevious experience working as a Multi Trader within social housing or domestic reactive maintenance.Competent across a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling and general repairs.Ability ..... full job details .....
