Multi Trader Social Housing Maintenance 22.00 - 24.00 per hour Ongoing Contract Immediate Start Available We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy social housing maintenance team carrying out repairs and maintenance across residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for consistent, long-term work within the social housing sector. The Role As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of day-to-day repairs and maintenance works within occupied and void properties. You''ll work independently to deliver high-quality repairs while providing excellent customer service to residents. Typical Duties General property maintenance and repairs. Carpentry repairs including doors, locks, kitchens and fencing Basic plumbing works Patch plastering and making good Painting and decorating touch-ups Reactive and planned maintenance works Identifying and resolving maintenance issues efficiently. Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Requirements Previous experience as a Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Operative, Maintenance Operative or similar Experience working within social housing, housing associations or local authority properties Strong carpentry skills with additional trade experience desirable Full UK Driving Licence Own tools Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload What''s on Offer? 22.00 - 24.00 per hour Ongoing contractWeekly pay Full-time hours ..... full job details .....
