Temp to Perm role

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
• Complete basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
• Perform safety checks (fire doors, water hygiene, emergency lighting)
• Handle maintenance requests through the helpdesk system
• Follow health & safety procedures and risk assessments
• Support contractors and ensure work is completed safely
• Maintain equipment and building systems
• Keep accurate records of work completed

Requirements

• Electrical qualification (18th Edition preferred)
• Basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, or general maintenance
• Good understanding of Health & Safety
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (fuel card provided)
• Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
• Able to work alone and as part of a team

• Health & Safety qualification
• First Aid
  
• CSCS card
  

Pay rate : -200 per day

Details

• Hours: 8:00-17:00 or 8:00-16:30
• Temp to perm role
• Van provided after probation
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Pension
• Overtime available
  
• In person interview is required
  
• Location: Hungerford and surrounding areas
