Multi Trader Cambridge We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our Repairs and Maintenance team working on social housing properties in Cambridge and the surrounding area. Key responsibilities: Carry out multi-trade works, focusing on carpentry, plumbing, tiling and plastering for repairs, maintenance, and installations Work on void and occupied properties to a high standard Assist with general maintenance tasks such as plastering, tiling, and decorating Complete job sheets, reports, and relevant certification Follow health and safety procedures at all times Requirements: Must have own tools /van and fuel card will be provided Full UK driving licence Experience in Social Housing / Repairs and Maintenance Van and fuel card ..... full job details .....
