Multi Trader

We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused reactive repairs and maintenance service across social housing properties in London. The postholder will working independently and as part of an in-house repairs team carrying out a wide range of multi-trade repairs to occupied and void properties, ensuring work is completed safely, right first time, and in line with organisational standards, statutory requirements, and customer expectations. Your accountabilities will include but not be limited to: Complete reactive repairs and minor planned works to a high standard, achieving "right first time" outcomes Diagnose faults accurately and apply appropriate repair solutions across multiple trades Work collaboratively with other operatives, supervisors, and schedulers to support service delivery Maintain stock, van, and tools in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. asbestos awareness, COSHH, manual handling) Experience and Skills Proven experience as a Multi Trader or skilled trades operative in a repairs environment Strong practical skills across multiple trades (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, general maintenance) Excellent problem-solving and fault-diagnosis ability Basic IT skills for using mobile job management systems Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and safe systems of work Please refer to the attached job profile for more details.
