Fortus Recruitment Group Limited are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs and maintenance industry.An established property services contractor is looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join their team working across MOD sites around West London. This is a permanent role focused on planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and refurbishment works, offering stability and varied maintenance work across a range of properties.The Role: Carry out planned preventative maintenance and refurbishment works across MOD propertiesUndertake general multi-trade repairs and maintenance as requiredCarry out carpentry, plumbing, plastering and tiling worksComplete repairs, replacements and general property improvement worksCarry out flooring repairs and installations, with Altro flooring experience desirableManage workload effectively and complete jobs within agreed timescalesMaintain accurate job records and complete paperwork as requiredFollow site health and safety procedures and relevant security requirements What We''re Looking For: Proven experience as a Multi-Trader within property maintenance or refurbishmentCompetent across a range of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering and tilingExperience carrying out planned maintenance and refurbishment worksAltro flooring experience would be desirableAbility to work independently and manage workload effectivelyGood attention to detail and quality of workmanshipGood understanding of health ..... full job details .....
