This is a permanent role offering stability, a company van and the opportunity to work across responsive, planned and void maintenance.The Role: Carry out responsive, planned and void maintenance across residential properties Complete plumbing repairs, maintenance and fault finding Undertake general multi-trade works including carpentry and wet trades Carry out installation, maintenance and repair works to void and tenanted properties Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard Ensure works are completed right first time and to a high standard of customer satisfaction Plan works effectively and ensure required materials are available Complete accurate job records using handheld devices/tablets Work safely and in accordance with health and safety procedures Provide a professional and customer-focused maintenance service Participate in an out of hours call-out rota What We''re Looking For: Experienced Multi-Trade Operative with a strong plumbing background Experience carrying out maintenance and repairs within residential properties Competent in fault finding and rectification Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Good communication and ..... full job details .....
