An established property services organisation is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with a plumbing specialism to join their maintenance team. This is a permanent role offering stability, a company van and the opportunity to work across responsive, planned and void maintenance.

The Role:

• Carry out responsive, planned and void maintenance across residential properties

   

• Complete plumbing repairs, maintenance and fault finding

   

• Undertake general multi-trade works including carpentry and wet trades

   

• Carry out installation, maintenance and repair works to void and tenanted properties

   

• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard

   

• Ensure works are completed right first time and to a high standard of customer satisfaction

   

• Plan works effectively and ensure required materials are available

   

• Complete accurate job records using handheld devices/tablets

   

• Work safely and in accordance with health and safety procedures

   

• Provide a professional and customer-focused maintenance service

   

• Participate in an out of hours call-out rota

   

What We''re Looking For:

• Experienced Multi-Trade Operative with a strong plumbing background

   

• Experience carrying out maintenance and repairs within residential properties

   

• Competent in fault finding and rectification

   

• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

   

• Good communication and customer service skills

   

• Flexible approach to varied maintenance works

   

• Comfortable using a tablet or handheld device to record completed works

   

Requirements:

• Relevant plumbing, carpentry or wet trades qualification or time-served experience

   

• Full UK Driving Licence

   

• Access to a vehicle

   

• Asbestos Awareness

   

• Good understanding of health and safety procedures

   

• Willingness to participate in out of hours work
