I''m working with a major UK property services provider that''s expanding its team on a long-term housing contract and needs reliable multi-traders immediately.

Why this role is moving fast:
This is a live contract with consistent work - they''re adding heads now to keep up with delivery across military family housing.

The role:
You''ll be carrying out planned repairs and maintenance across occupied and void homes, ensuring properties are safe, compliant and finished to a high standard.

Day to day:

• Plumbing repairs & minor installs
• Carpentry and basic joinery work
• General multi-trade maintenance
• Working from a PDA to manage jobs efficiently
• Delivering strong customer service in occupied homes

What they''re looking for:

• Proven multi-trade experience (plumbing + carpentry essential)
• Background in housing maintenance or similar
• Ability to diagnose and fix issues first time
• Comfortable working in occupied properties
• Full UK driving licence
• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 preferred
• Willing to undergo DBS/SC clearance

Package:

• Up to -32,947 salary
• 40 hours per week
