This is a varied, customer-facing role carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial and residential properties. The Role As a Mobile Maintenance Multi-Trader, you''ll be responsible for completing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service. Typical duties include: General building maintenance and repairs. Basic carpentry, plumbing and painting & decorating. Patch plastering, tiling and flooring repairs. Door, lock and ironmongery repairs. Kitchen and bathroom maintenance. Reactive maintenance and planned works. Diagnosing faults and completing first-time fixes where possible. Accurately completing job reports using a handheld device. Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
