Multi Skilled Operative - Reactive Maintenance

Location: Based in Bridgewater

Hours: Monday-Friday, 39 hours per week, plus 1 in 7 weeks on-call.

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join their Reactive Maintenance team, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works across social housing properties.

Working within the social housing sector, you''ll carry out responsive maintenance and repair work in occupied and void properties, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Typical duties include:

• Carpentry and joinery repairs
• Kitchen and bathroom repairs
• Door repairs, hanging and adjustments
• UPVC door and window repairs/replacements
• Basic plumbing repairs and installations
• Painting and decorating
• Wall and floor tiling
• Patch plastering
• Flooring repairs and installation, including cap and cove flooring
• General multi-trade repairs and maintenance

You''ll manage your workload using a handheld device, respond to scheduled repair appointments, work efficiently to meet service level agreements, and ensure every job is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.
